What exactly counts against my monthly limit?
Only newly generated codes. Scanning, verifying, and registering are all unlimited and free on every plan.
Do unused codes roll over?
Your monthly allowance resets, but codes you've already generated never expire from your account, they stay valid for the life of the unit.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from the billing portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period, and codes you've already issued keep working regardless of plan.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — pay for ten months, get twelve.
