Does this actually stop counterfeits?
Not by itself. Verial can't inspect the physical product, and any printed code can be photographed. What it controls is who gets to issue a valid code. Only you can create one, so if a code that's already been claimed turns up again somewhere else, you'll see it and can follow up.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera or type the code into your verification page. No app, no account. Registering takes a name, an email, and a phone number.
What happens to my customers' data?
It stays yours, and you can export it whenever you want. Every account is isolated from the others, so no other brand can see your products, codes, or registrations. The public page never shows one customer's details to another. A claimed code only shows that it was registered and when. We handle personal data under Malaysia's PDPA.
Can I use my own printed cards and packaging?
Yes. Verial creates the codes and QR links, and you print them however you already do, whether that's stickers, warranty cards, insert cards, or straight onto the box.
How does pricing work?
You subscribe to a plan and generate as many codes as you like up to that plan's monthly limit. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your billing settings with no lock-in.
